However, after having it for a little over a month now, using it for travelling to Germany and Italy, university books and laptop, carrying groceries and carrying gym clothes, it's an awesome versatile bag. It can be a little clumsy when packed to capacity and using public transport but that problem will exist with any bag. Very comfortable even with loaded and heavy. Lots a pockets and compartments to keep things separated and organized.

It expands to about 5 times its empty size to accommodate 2 laptops and all the other stuff you'd ever need. Also an excellent hand-baggage bag.
